The service

Zafaf is a SaaS platform for luxury digital wedding invitations. Each invitation is crafted and customized with our team after direct contact — self-service package checkout is not available on the website.

Accounts and access

Clients receive a portal account to view their invitation and analytics as agreed in their engagement. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use.

Content and ownership

• You retain ownership of content you provide (names, images, copy).
• You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your invitation to deliver the service.
• You warrant that content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, abusive content, impersonation, hacking attempts, or infrastructure abuse.

Payment and delivery

Pricing, timelines, and scope are agreed directly with the Zafaf team before work begins. Website materials do not constitute a binding offer.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability of invitations, except planned maintenance or force majeure. Support is provided through official contact channels.

Disclaimer

The service is provided «as is» within the scope of your agreement. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but make reasonable efforts for stability and security.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
